Laura, better known as 'The Diva', has announced her 200th Diva Challenge this week. Congratulations to Laura for her time & wonderful challenges. Making 200 is a major event.
As her challenge this week, Laura invited us to create a tile using our favourite tangle pattern and adding the number 200 somewhere on it. This is her 'Bi-Zen-Tennial' challenge. I love the name and you can read about how the word 'Bi-Zen-Tennial' came about on her blog.
Nipa is one of my favourite tangle patterns so I used it for this challenge.
This is one variation of nipa I have not tried before and I like the way it turned out. Must do this again sometime.
You can see more entries in the 'Bi-Zen-Tennial' challenge here. If you haven't tried a challenge yet, give it a go. They are so much fun!

the linear/geometrical stair stepping in the midst of the very organic nipa is SO cool. The tile reminds me of the native american art of the southwest. Eye catching and active, I like it!
ReplyDeleteWell done, this is so intricate.
ReplyDeleteWow...I have never tried Nipa...will have to do some research. This is really very cool!
ReplyDeleteNipa is beautiful this way.
