Zentangle Audio Meditation #2

Holly Atwater has again put together a relaxing Zentangle meditation for us to try. With these meditations you just follow the instructions, not knowing what will be drawn until the end. With the 'hole' I created in the end, I think this would make a nice pendent to wear.

Thank you to Holly for another wonderful, relaxing Zentangle meditation.

Weekly Challenge #191: "Monotangle: Betweed"

Hi Everyone,

This weeks challenge by the Diva was to create a monotangle using the pattern betweed.

Betweed is one of my favourite patterns, and like Laura I tended to always use it in the same way. So, for this challenge I decided to make a more open piece and practice my shading skills and shade my betweed in a different way to the usual. I also used a tile I had drawn a string on whilst teaching a 'string class' last week.

I rather like how this tile turned out. It has also opened my eyes once again to look at possible alternatives and not just stick with the status quo. Thanks Laura for sharing the challenge.
