Weekly Challenge #219: "Straight Lines all the Tines...er, times"

Straight lines!

Think it would all look the same just using straight lines. Not so. There are soooo many possibilities!
This week The Diva challenged us to use only straight lines. Patterns, patterns. Many to choose from that only use straight lines. However to create interest I was looking for something other than 'paradox' to create that curvy look. I felt most people may use 'paradox'. It finally came to me. Take a look.

Patterns: athitzi, rain, ing, shattuck, flora, gottago

All the patterns use only straight lines. Athitzi is amazing, don't you think?

Tangleation Vocation #13: Phicops

I had fun playing with phicops this week for the Tangleation Vocation #13 challenge by Daniel Lamonthe. Phicops is one of those tangle patterns with many possibilities for creating tangleations. This week I decided to try using phi cops in a grid.

Here is what I came up with.

Phicops tangleation
I really like this. It's easy to draw and looks great.

I recommend you visit Daniel's blog if you want to check out interesting tangleations to some great tangle patterns. Each week Daniel challenges us to work with a tangle pattern to create tangleations.
