Tangleation Vocation #7: Eke
Eke is one of those tangle patterns I rarely use. I can't seem to fit it in anywhere other than as a border. It doesn't inspire me to be creative. So this weeks tangleation challenge was definitely a challenge for me. I finally came up with this which I rather like.

Which I rather like as well. I'm curious though, why leave off half the original tangle? There is a second row of loops alternating with and facing the first row of loops. Don't you like them or is this either a tagleation or variation? I'd like to know as so many people make variations or such extreme tangleations that I can't see the original form at all even when they name them and I look them up at tanglepatterens.com
